Focus, Clarity, & Building Character (At Home and in Business)  3 of 90

As a parent of 2 amazing teenage daughters… today I was thinking about raising Responsible adults with confidence and equipping them with the tools to communicate with anyone they encounter at home, school or work… in all areas of life.

I apply these things in my household as well as with my business team-

1. Be CLEAR

2. Be CONSICE

3. BUILD CHARACTER

if we don’t pay attention to these areas… our family or team may be receiving mixed messages, feeling like they are being pulled in many different directions.. and no be FOCUSED on things moving them forward.  This can be VERY Frustrating… for all involved.

We are all growing, changing and need to have greater understanding… as Steven Covey says…

“Seek first to understand, then to be understood.”    ―     Stephen R. Covey

What a powerful lesson this has been for our family and our business.

Lessons for today:
