Excellent post guys! Very empowering and great video as well. It’s true that we need to practice the 3 P’s of success… persistence, patience, and perseverance. We all have the power and greatness inside us to achieve our goals and dreams, we just have to believe and have a big “why.” Great questions to ask yourself and answer to know if you’re willing to do what it takes to bring your dreams to fruition. I used to think I was odd for being so intrinsically motivated. Then a mentor taught me that all motivation is self motivation…a leader can inspire but cannot motivate.
